libclassad7 software package provides HTCondor classads expression language - runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclassad7
libclassad7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclassad7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclassad7 *
You will get with libclassad7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
